AFD/ DBA Wholesale Flowers Overnight stands 100 % behind every product sold. If for any reason you receive a product damaged / or wrong (Or wrong: Does Not Include Substitutions if not followed by customer as requested on site, Please Read Substitution Section Below) you have purchased from WFO website we will make every effort to replace item before event date, if item is not available for reshipping and our claim process is followed we will refund items paid cost. (Shipping Cost -If apply- Are Not Refundable)
Please keep in mind we are dealing with a perishable product and it is the customers responsibility in following step by step our policy.
Once your order has been received you should check for the accuracy or damage of your products. If products are not as requested or any damage you must contact us via e-mail immediately within (12) hours of your order arrival (NO EXCEPTIONS) with pictures of damage. All claims must be done in writing.
If the products arrived at your location after 4:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) please send us your e-mail and we will contact you on the next business day.
Email with pictures must be sent within our claim policy (No Exceptions will be accepted).
Your email should have the following information:
- Order Number
- Delivery Date and Time
- Customer Name (as provided in order shipping information)
- Full description of claim / Amounts etc.
- Digital Photos required (If claim is to report damaged flowers pictures must be sent via
email with your claim)
AFD/WFO Customer Service will issue a claim number via email when we have accepted your claim. This claim number is very important for any type of refund and must be available when requested. If customer does not have a claim number no refund will be issued.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please do not dispose of the product. AFD/WFO reserves the right to request product return to us for quality inspection.
Important>>>When products are requested to be returned to us and customers do not comply, the customer automatically forfeits any and all of their rights to credits or chargeback through their method of payment.
AFD/WFO only carries the best quality products in the floral industry, for that reason we will not be accountable for the maltreatment of the products by the customer. To avoid any difficulty we provide all our customers with a general flower caring instructions which is available in our website at all time for your convenience.
AFD/WFO will only be responsible to credit the amount of damaged or undelivered products only and will not be held liable for any other type of inconveniences or troubles that could arouse from this claim.
Cancellation / Order Changes
A twenty percent (20%) service charge will apply to all cancellations after an order has been submitted through our website or online (third party engine). Orders once placed are billed and sent directly to our growers for reserving requested items so fee must be collected.
AFD/WFO will apply cancelation fee to any future order placed by same customer and billing address, just email us with information and original order # and we will give you coupon code for amount.
Cancellations will only be accepted no later than (7) business days before the original delivery day.
After an order has been processed online, all changes must be submitted in writing via email (
wfohelp@wholesaleflowersovernight.com). If ordering more flowers/items we will send you a pay pal invoice for difference. If changes or cancelation of any item on order a fee of 20% will be charged for items removed or changed if less then original items.
Add-ons / changes can only be made 7-business days before requested delivery date.
When changes are made to an order a confirmation email (to the e-mail provided by the customer) will be sent within forty eight (48) hours with the correct adjustments. It is the customer responsibility to check their e-mail to assure that proper changes have been made to their order.
Substitutions
At AFD/WFO we work closely with our growers to assure that products will be available for the delivery dates of our customers order. But we must keep in mind we are working with Mother Nature and in certain times of the year there may be high demands, crop failures or weather conditions that could prevent the availability of the flower you have ordered. Our staff of experienced floral experts will then fine a similar flower or color to match your requested product. Since in most cases shortages are not know till the same day of shipping, AFD/WFO reserves the right to make substitutions without any type of notification to the customer. If the product is one of a kind and cannot be substituted an email will be sent to the customer on the day of shipping or 24-hours before.
Carrier Service / Delivery of Flowers
AFD/WFO ships all our flowers next day delivery via UPS, DHL or Federal Express. We do ask our customers to please keep in mind when selecting their delivery date; carriers sometimes encounter delays of 24-48 hours due to acts beyond their control (usually weather). So for this reason we ask you to please schedule your delivery 2-3 days before your event. All our products are packaged to hold well while in transit for 48-hours (2-days).
AFD/WFO is not responsible for any type of carrier delays and will not be responsible in refunding customer for such delays for product or shipping charges these claims need to be addressed with the carrier.
Important Message: AFD/WFO will not be held responsible for any replacement of flowers or cost of having them replaced locally.
Privacy and Security
American Floral Distributor / DBA Wholesale Flowers Overnight will not distribute your private information to anyone for any reason. Your private information will not be used for any purpose other than to process your orders.
